INTOA design

INTOA design is a Finnish brand founded in 2010 in Tampere to ecologically design and produce individual handmade products. We use recycled material to the maximum extent possible. Our goal is to transform already used materials into beautiful, practical, and lasting products. Our collection includes products for children and adults as well as home textiles.

At the moment our product line-up is based on recycled jeans and rag rugs. Our design is open-minded and material-based. We like to combine different materials together and find them a new form in a new use. Traditional techniques are combined with modern design. Our collections live and we modify our products according to our customers' wishes. For example, we allow customization of the colour and material denim slippers.

We procure materials from nearby flea markets, companies, and other similar sources. We also accept donations. If some of the materials needed are not available in recycled form, we strive to use surplus materials from various manufacturers. When designing our products we pay attention to minimizing the amount of waste textile material. We avoid unnecessary packaging and any necessary packaging is of recycled or recyclable materials. By doing all this we do our part in supporting sustainable development.

In addition to our own collections we also take custom work orders.

You can contact us by email at helena@intoadesign.fi or call us at +358 50 3296443. You can find a map to our homestudio in Tampere on the Yhteystiedot page.
