Prices

The site prices include the applicable VAT in EU and UK.

UK deliveries: Orders under £135 to UK will not have any additional import fees or taxes charged upon delivery - we are VAT registered in UK and VAT is paid during checkout. Orders over £135 to UK will not be charged any VAT in checkout but the carrier (e.g. Royal Mail) will charge the VAT and a handling fee upon delivery. Orders to Northern Ireland will not incur any fees upon delivery, regardless of order value.

Customers outside EU and UK are responsible for any applicable local taxes and duties, if any, and they may be collected upon delivery. The US duty-free import limit is US$800. Australian customers will not have to pay GST for orders under AU$1000. Customers in New Zealand will not have to pay GST for orders under NZ$1000.

Intra-community zero-rated supply to EU VAT-registered companies outside Finland is available by entering your VAT number in checkout.

Delivery method

Domestic orders are shipped as parcels or letters via Posti.

International orders are shipped with various carriers (e.g. Posti, GLS, UPS). Most orders will be delivered by your local postal service.

The delivery times are not guaranteed and do not include the possible time needed for customs clearance in a non-EU destination country.

Payment

Payment methods: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro), Finnish online banking (Danske Bank, Nordea, OP, S-Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Säästöpankki, Ålandsbanken), MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Masterpass, European online banking (Bancontact, EPS, giropay, iDEAL, P24, Sofort).

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Finnish online banking, MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto, and Masterpass payments use Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4, helpdesk@vismapay.com, 09 315 42 037 (workdays 9-17), Laserkatu 6, 53850 Lappeenranta, Finland) as the payment facilitator. Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted at the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment recipient. The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Stripe is used as the payments facilitator for card payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and European online banking payment methods.

Paying is safe as all information is transmitted through secure connections so that no unauthorized parties can see the transaction data.

Delivery cost

Product pages show delivery cost to your country. If you order to a different country, the delivery cost will be shown during checkout after you have entered your address.

Returns

You can return our products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or size exchange as long as the item is in good condition. Specially customized products are not returnable. You are responsible for the return shipping cost for international returns and exchanges. Returns from Finland are free.

We will always replace defective products at no cost to you regardless of the above terms.
