A caring oat pillow is helpful when warmth or cooling is needed, such as on the shoulders, back or abdomen.
Heat the oat pad in the microwave for about 2 minutes or in the oven for about 7 minutes at 100 degrees. To cool, you can cool the oat pad in the freezer for about 2 hours.
The cover of the pillow is made of recycled denim, with the wrong side of the jeans exposed on one side. Stuffed with Finnish organic oats.
